Can I Still Infect Others After Getting The COVID Vaccine?

"Am I still capable of spreading the virus after receiving the COVID19 Vaccine?"
According to Dr. Peter Rabinowitz, a world-renowned epidemiologist, and the co-director of the University of Washington’s Alliance for Pandemic Preparedness.
"By getting the vaccine, you're making a huge investment in reducing your risk of both getting it yourself and transmitting it to other people," But, he stressed, "that doesn't mean you've gotten rid of the risk."
"As good as they are, they are not 100%," said Rabinowitz, as he explains about the vaccines, nothing is fool proof.
If scientists say that vaccines are 90% effective then there is a 10% chance that people can still get infected, then there is still the need for masks and social distancing.
Dr. Rabinowitz further added that, "even if the vaccine does work properly, it's possible that you could be protected against severe infection, but still have a very, very mild case that you don't even realize. But it is still possible to give to somebody else."
With new strains and mutations of the virus emerging and their uncertain response towards the vaccine, it can still be a challenge.
Do we still need to wear mask and do the distancing? They have been a huge help in reducing cases in the past. I don't think it is time to stop now.
